Training overall went well. 5 participants in total. Commander
CPL A. Albrechts, good job! We love seeing you taking your role as commander seriously!
CPL S. Molotov and PFC V. Borislav, great job on performing guys!
You guys showed that even without a direct commander available in the BMP, you guys were still performing great!
Although it is working fine, a BMP crew cannot work without a commander!

We went over the following:
- Basic Maneuvering commands
- Basic Callout commands
- Different types of covering fire (eg. Rapid covering fire)
- Infantry positioning basics in combination of vehicle (Formations)
Tips:
- Try keeping a strong character throughout the training (Do not joke around too much)
- Do not speak when NCO's & XO's are talking. This can be bothersome when handing out information
- Tip for higher Command: Think of a schedule or template we can hold onto. (E.g. follow the manuals we have)
